Default Varied ethnographic pieces from Ceylon & Burma

Can anyone shed any particular light on these please?
Need to properly ID them for someone.
First is a 3 part tubular lacquered container, made from bent wood and profusely decorated. Its about 10 inches across. Looks to be from Burma:

Next is a little plate, seems to have good age although its been polished recently. Appears to show the 'old kingdom' pre 1815 'flag' with the Lion with sword/sun/moon obscured?
Its about 6 inches across.

Lastly a small good silver 'bottle'. Weight about 2 oz, 2 1/2 inches tall with stopper which would have had cork in it. Threaded lid has stretched a bit and just slides on and off now.
