Default Help to read inscirptions on a choora blade

Hi all,
I posted pics of a choora on the thread " Show us your choora" in which the difficulty of dating such knives is discussed.
On my blade, there are some inscriptions in Arabic or Persian that I can't read.
Can anyone tell me if it's a date, a place or a maker's mark?
Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
Regards.
