Default Marks on a Halberd

I’m trying to find out more about this Halberd.

A few things to note:
Marked on the point with what I believe is a variation of the Solingen Cross.

There’s a mark on the wooden shaft that I’m not familiar with.
But I wonder if it has some relation (the star/asterisk) to the mark found on post 16 here:

It also has an iron pointed collar on the bottom that I haven’t seen elsewhere. But I’m not finding many pics of that perspective in general.

I’ve found a few with similar features, but not the same.
To my eye it bears some resemblance to the examples here:

Any insights or theories would be greatly appreciated.
