Default My first swiss landsgemeinde sword

Good evening dear members,

I just received this nice ceremonial landsgemeinde sword ( Appenzell Canton ) with a decorated blade ( no stamps)

Well preserved, difficult to date it,
I think 1920-1950 ??

I have a question about the hilt if there are landsgemeinde specialists on the forum: do these sword sometimrs have silver parts ?
I don't think it is made of silver but it's not magnetic at all , maybe inox steel or with chrome but it's no more shiny at all.
