Default Translation on Choora please?

I stepped out of line a little on this and bought it on the blur of the moment so to speak. It looks pretty good quality work but on these that does not mean much. The spine is nice. A translation of the text would be great. I hope it does not say Hi sucker I made this last year The handle is quite large and made of bone. The blade at the forte seems to have been chiseled to make the the desired accommodation for the hilt. I do not know much about these, early 20th century possible late 19th? Made yesterday?
