Default Markings on Gun Lock

Hello ALL

Here is a pic of a flintlock lock from an Ottoman style blunderbuss knee pistol.
Does anyone recognize the writing on the center and tail of the plate ?
Or is it one of the meaningless writings as on others ? Doesn't look like it's attempting to copy European letters. Thanks for any help.
