Default Mysterious African "knife"

Hello everyone,
when an online seller of African items offered me this "knife" I found it too funny and decided to buy it for my collection.
Now I'm asking my fellow African blade collectors if they have the slightest idea where this thing came from.
It may also be that he bought an item of no value (it would not be the first time ...).
But I was struck by the fact that a "story" was represented there, as is the case with the recade of Benin, which, moreover, often represent dogs.

I imagine that many of those who are not interested in African objects will make fun of me (even collectors of African objects, probably), but collectors are people who have strange tastes ...
