Default Help Identifying This Shibriya

I picked up this shibriya at a yard sale last year and am trying to figure out how old it is and from what country it originated. The scabbard is white metal over wood with a steel backing. The hilt is copper and I’m not sure what the other material is. The blade is forged from a file.
I posted about it on a Facebook page and someone posted the second shibriya pictured down below and commented on similarities between it and mine. He said it was made in Gaza in the 80’s. Maybe mine is from the same area or maker? Thanks!
