Default Albanian Yatagan

Hello all,

I am new to this forum but have a strong interest in arms from Greece, Albanian and the ottoman empire generally in the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries.

I recently purchased a Yatagan from someone living in northern Albania. He claimed that this weapon was in his family for a number of generation. Though simple, I think it is a beautiful piece. It also has a makers mark which should be visible in one of the photos and I wonder, does anyone know anything more about the sword from this?

I'd be interested to hear any thoughts you all have. Thanks!
