Hello:

I called attention to the presence of two ways to record: with punches and hand engraving. I think the legends in italics have been added to give more value to the piece. In principle, I think that if the model year is 13, the National Manufacturing but would not Imperial.

Surely, there is someone more qualified who knows the history of Boutet and manufacture of Versailles-
