Default briquet hilt

bonsoir a tous
I bought this hilt whis no blade on it in an antique store many years ago, is
segond model briques of an xi I bieleve and all the proof like correct
the writing say MODELE PAR A LA MANUFACTURE
NATIONAL DARMES A VERSAILLE

on the side BOUTET ENTREPRENEUR
I like very mach have your comment
