Old moro kris keris with ivory pommel

Hi guys, here is the kris keris I was talking about on my last thread. Sorry for the pictures, I will post a clearer picture of the pommel later. He has 2 more on his possession but he is not willing to let go of it yet. Will post it also if I get it someday.

By the way, how do you test an ivory if it is real or not? I've heard that you heat a needle and stick it in the ivory, if it does not get burned it is real. Is it right? Thanks.
