Default Ceremonial "knives" (?), for comment

Acquired recently in Nigeria. My idea is the one like a "stick with spearhead" could be Chamba, the copper alloy one again from Nigeria/Cameroon borderland (maybe for circumcision /???/ ceremony), the wooden one is puzzle for me (but already the second of its type I have seen here, should be from the south). Any comment is welcome, also re the purpose of use. Thanks
Martin
