Its certainly a mix of um styles.
The engraved 'crest' on the blade with the horse in it is interesting. The Crown does look like the Russian Imperial crown, and the sword crossed with the arrow looks like a 'saif'. But the overall 'look' of the engraving looks like its from that part of the world, so is it an addition or original to the blade?
