Ebay changed feedback system

I really don't understand Ebays attitude. I would have thought that a user friendly site would attract far more activity and thereby increase Ebays earning thru fees. They appear to be trying to make things as difficult as possible, and as for trying to get a sensible answer to reasonable questions from their "contact us".....................

Stick with the Swap Forum on this site and you can't go wrong. Admittedly the coverage is perhaps not as extensive as Ebay, but at least there are no STUPID rules to make things more difficult!
