Spearheads can be so tough to identify as the same form - that works - has been repeated in so many times and places. The patina is very convincing for authenticity, a European excavated example from +- 1,000 years ago could surely look like this. What is the size? From the last photo, I suspect this may have been a javelin (throwing spear) head. I am away from my reference books currently, but will look for matches when I can.
