Hi Leif:
Another four! You will be challenging tito gunong soon for the largest family collection. I like the one on the left, the smallest of the four. This is certainly one of your oldest gunong in the family. Of particular note is that the luk have been forged properly, not formed by stock removal (as seen in the second from left and the blade on the far right). The fourth one, on the far right, has an odd blade but nevertheless I would call it a gunong--probably mid- to late-20th C. All nice additions. Regards, Ian. |
