Default need help with dagger i found in attic

hi all im new to this sort of thing and know nothing so any help would be greatly appreciated.
i found a dagger in my loft and we dont know where it came from.
there are some greek coin like things on the sheath and the date 1827, could this be linked to the battle of navario?

The dagger unfortunately is a tourist piece probably not more than 30yrs old.

thanks for the help just wanted to know what it was just incase i needed to insure it, was going to keep it anyway even though its worthless it still looks pretty cool

The date is not 1827, but 1821: the year of Greek Independence.
These daggers were mass produced as souvenirs since and I fully agree with Lew.
