Talking POSSIBLE MUSEUM KATAR

Just picked this one off ebay a few weeks ago for 40.00 us. Ive never seen any katars with the design this one has, any one got any ideas. Also its marked 1457 making me think it is a muesum peice, very very nice peice. Sorry about the pics I had to take them with my cell phone.

This katar looks like it is South Indian and with a museum accession number. Very nice.
