Default Unusual knife

Found this unusual oddly angled knife today at an arms fair , heavy bladed . 20 cm long overall with a 20 cm length blade. Any ideas on the part of the world it comes from or its use?

No idea. Have to say the pinned hilt looks very utilitarian--perhaps more a tool than a weapon.
