Default difference between opi and rugi swords

Hi, folks.
Please help me understand what is the diffrence between opi (Timor) and rugi (Sulawesi) swords? I saw description and pics of this swords at A. Zonnevelds "Traditional weapons of the indonesian archipelago". But tell the truth, I did not see the difference between the swords, except the place of origin. Is it correct to assume that opi and rugi the same swords and the name depends only on place of origin?
