Default SWORD BLADE IDENTIFICATION

COULD SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IS THIS OLD SWORD BLADE,LOOKS LIKE AN INDONESIAN SWORD TO ME.


Overall length approx 54.5cm, blade approx 50cm long

Yes, sumatran or malayan Keris Panjang. The central ridge is a bit strange for these, perhaps somebody tried to sharpen it some time ago -

- or it is an old reused sword blade, also sometimes seen.

This is most definitely a keris panjang as Gustav has stated so i am going to transfer this thread over to the keris forum where you are likely to get some more informed responses.
