Default Yataghan Translation

Hello all,

I recently acquired a Yataghan and hope someone can help me with translating a cartouche on the blade (image attached). I will add a few more images of the sword soon.

Cheers - Russel

Salaams Russel ~ Look forward to seeing more pictures of the Yat.. The spindly looking wording I can't determine but the boteh (leaf shaped) stamp looks interesting and likely to be one of the big armouries..Istanbul?
Regards,
Ibrahiim al Balooshi.
