Default arabic mortar?

Just got new "mortar" some of the words are translated as "long life, the honoured king, brings more..." what do you think about it any comments?
Is it possible to guess age by vocabulary style?

Interesting piece. Can we have its approximate dimensions ... and a picture of touch hole side ?
Better move this thread to the Ethnographic section; it will be well placed in there .

This is kitchen mortar maybe for herbs preparation? The dimensions will try to post tomorrow
