who is able to translate or tell me what is signify of this iscription on shamshir's guard...?

but God has according with Muslims ninety nine terms, as well as;
Great, Faithful, Beauty, Generous, Merciful, and so

on the pic, possible to read two of these terms;
- Al Rafa'a (the Hight)
- Al Rahman (the Clement)

Thanks Dom,
I Would ask, this terms are usually from Muslim, but is possible to known where they are printed on sword? Arabia,Persia etc?
This sword is a shanka style saif. I send other complete photo early...

the inlaid was practiced every where,
for the countries using arabic alphabet the religion is often the subject,
indeed none speaking arabic, as well as; Turkey, Persia (Iran), Pakistan, even India, Spain (Moorish) and may be China
