Default Adi dao?

Just got this one off e-bay, the seller said it's a Dao from the Adi tribe. There seems to be a ton of diversity in daos from that part of the world, was his assesment correct?

The edge is convex ground on one side and flat on the other. The whole edge is rolled over a little, but it's still quite sharp. There's quite a few fairly deep "dings" in the edge. No sheath.

Hello

That looks right to me.

The scan is from Rawson's "The Indian Sword" The Abor region is the home of the Adi tribe.

The photo is my own example.

Regards
Roy
