Who can classify these Yatagan?
Can not determine where this Yatagan Comes from ?
See decoration silver work? Red color of the leather? Type of damask? Best Kurt |

Does the blade have any writings? |

I'll tala stab at it (every pun intended ).
The Damascus steel pattern and type of hilt might indicate origins being from Turkey proper. |

It's Algerian. The pommel and the engraving tell it. Nice patternwelded blade
