Default Kindjal Arabic(?) translation help

dear members,

I got this basic kindjal which has what seems an arabic inscription. Some of the characters look like numbers to me but I don't understand why these are being mixed with letters and how to read this.

If it were only four numbers it would be easy to conclude a year, but in this case...

Can someone clarify what is written, are the numbers and letters meant as two different lines or am I on a completely wrong track?

Many thanks in advance,
Eric.

I'll give it a try (disclaimer: No native speaker or reader)

عمل شافی ۱۳۳۰ - amal-e Shāfi 1330
Work of Shāfi and the numbers read as an al hijri date would correspond to 1911 to 1912.

Thanks, of course you are right about 1330 instead of 1335, I should have known 5 is a circle and a dot is 0
