Default Translation of script

Hi all,

Have a Light Cavalry sword bearing three lines of script, which has been viewed by a number of people in my attempts to achieve an accurate translation into the written English word; thus far, all attempts have failed to achieve a full translation.

Some individuals claiming the script is FARSI, whilst others claim it be to URDU, maybe with Arabic characters mixed in.

Would be very pleased to hear from anyone who can give a definitive translation.
