Default Where is this from? Silver Powder Flask

I have had this for quite some time but have not found out for sure where it is from. My guess is Yemen, but could just as easily be India. What do we think Gentlemen?

Interestingly, the little oval decorations look very much like coffee beans. Or perhaps they are a representation of some sort of a nut, like half of a betel nut or something similar?

Salaams kahnjar1 ~ It looks like copper with tin over... Tinned copper no?
The spout cover may be also the more or less correct measurer for a single barrel load. It does look Indian.

Regards Ibrahiim al Balooshi.

No it's definately silver. Spout cover as you say is probably also a measure.
