A toll for ID.
It is a 61 cm blade without edges ,blade width at hilt 1.6 cm.

It looks like it could be a sword cane sans the outer "scabbard" wooden shaft. These blades were usually wedge-shaped and often didn't have an edge to them, being more of a skewering weapon. Gentlemen who preferred not to carry an unseemly weapon would have carried such a concealed piece. Smaller versions were called swagger sticks and sometimes carried by retired military personnel.
