Default My new "brass kukri" from the Philippines

Recently I acquired this nice sangi, I think from T'boli or B'laan. It was described as "Unusual Brass Kukri Knife", see here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/280832257132...84.m1439.l2649
Like usual are all comments welcome,

Detlef

Hi, if I was to choose between the two I would choose the Celtan one. Though actually I have never seen these in copper/brass before!
Am not sure about its authenticity Sajen!?
Regards

I don't have handled both until now but like both of them. I think there is no doubt that there are sangi with brass handles and sheaths. And I never have seen not authentic ones, newer ones for sure but I am not aware that there are copys on the market.

Regards,

Detlef
