Nice dagger, very interesting sheath
Sorry, but I gotta do it to you again: ebay #6527347309 Closed auction for a Mediterranian dirk style dagger, pierced blade, sheath that looks like a round-tipped knife blade; alleged to serve as blade concealment; pretty cool, either way.

Concealed Dagger
Interesting indeed. We have seen similar before, see:
Mediterranean, but western side in my opinion. The two shown above had a real cutting edge on the scabbard and could easily be used as a utility knife. For more details see: Unusual European Knives |

Spain, 19th century I would say.

Interesting that the spring is attached to the knife, rather than the sheath. Anyone seen one of these with a second sheath for the whole thing?
