Default Kukri I.D.

Hi

A few months ago I acquired this kukri and I don't know so much about them, would someone be able to give me information on this kukri (approx. date etc)...

The scabbard is natural leather.
Coments will be much apreciated.

It looks like a nicely made Nepalese kukri to me, is the handle partial or stick tang with with an attachment?

I dont know too much about kukris...itīs seems that is a solid blade...an
attachment?
Can it be called a villager kukri??

Show us (or tell us about) the butt of the hilt. A stick tang will run through the handle and be peened on the outside as a bump. A partial tang will be buried in the hilt.

You got it. That's a stick tang. You may be missing a butt-plate on this one.
