tool length is about 7.5 cm

Hi there:

In any case, it is a hammer for re-grinding or sharpen a flints (flint) and not of a gun roving (matchlock)

Here is an example of a Flintlock Knapping Hammer from my collection. Like your's Evgeny_K, this one was also excavated, but it is in a little better shape.
