I remember this from "Planet Something-or-other," the tired Robert Rodriguez film that ran with Tarantino's "Death Proof" as part of the double feature "Grindhouse." It ran as a spoofed trailer... but they've made it into a real flick? Too much.

Machetes, guns, Michelle Rodriguez, Jessica Alba... I'll watch it.
Hopefully it's a good old action movie, an enjoyable one time view

laEspadaAncha your right...the trailer is a spoof

From Wikipedia:

"The United States release is set for September 3, 2010[24] by 20th Century Fox.[25] On May 5, 2010, Robert Rodriguez responded to Arizona's controversial immigration law by releasing an "illegal" trailer on Ain't It Cool News.[26] The fake trailer combined elements of the Machete trailer that appeared in Grindhouse with footage from the actual film,[27] and implied that the film would be about Machete leading a revolt against anti-immigration politicians and border vigilantes.[27] Several movie websites, including Internet Movie Database, reported that it was the official teaser for the film.[27] However, Rodriguez later revealed the trailer to be a joke, explaining "it was Cinco de Mayo and I had too much tequila." The official theatrical trailer was released on July 8, 2010. [27] It was then attached with Predators [27]"

I'm more dismayed by the fact that it will be screened in Kazakhstan 3 and a half months before it's released in Australia! What is with that? Lindsay Lohan can watch it on pirate dvd from her cell maybe!

It's like the sequel to El Mariachi !
I like it!
