Default Indo Persian battle axe with back scratcher and sheath

Hi!
These are some pictures of a battle axe with a back scratcher at the other end. The blade is very sharp, and is covered in a brass sheath that has to be screwed off. Certainly can't be unsheathed at the spur of the moment.
I'm curious to know if there are other examples of axes having protective covers of this kind and any other information about its region of manufacture, age etc.
This one is from Bihar in India.
Thanks,
ASingh
