Bali keris?
Hi All
I just picked this up and probably paid a bit more than normal for it but it seems to be some type of keris sword that I have not seen yet? Any ideas on what it is? Lew |

Not Bali and not Keris!
Lew,
You do have a good eye, to bid on this Cundrik/Sundrik from Lombok. Nice piece and very reasonable priced. Congratulations |

Is this a rare form of sword? Have not seen to many of these and have been collecting for many years. Lew |

Lew,
It is fairly scarce and of a characteristic form from Lombok, in fact we did discuss a similar piece in the forum a couple of years ago. |

Is it similar to this sword or is this totally different?

Lombok sword - a Cundrik...
Hi Lew,
You have a beauty ... It's a Cundrik, all right... It was discussed earlier. Here's the thread... http://www.vikingsword.com/vb/showth...hlight=cundrik |
