I have never seen a keris handle like this before, also the scabbard looks a bit different.

I don't know what this hilt is called, but it is a fairly common Madurese form. I believe it is an abstract of a parrot head.
The seller mentions the fit to imply that the sheath was made for this keris as opposed to a refit old sheath. ![]() |
