Does anyone recognize this
I posted it here because I thought I had seen it somewhere here.

I would say it is Garuda , could be wrong though but I don't think so ....

Yeah, that has got to be Garuda, with Vishnu on his back. I think Hanuman (the monkey king in the Ramayana) might have also ridden Garuda, but I could be wrong. Anyway, the rider here isn't a monkey, so it must be Vishnu.

At the very bottom there is also the turtle which (IIRC) the Balinese believe carries the world while swimming through an endless sea .
