Very good old Thai daab

Copper/copper alloy fittings to the hilt and scabbard. Lacquered black wooden scabbard and bamboo hilt. The sharp blade is old (19th C probably, perhaps earlier), laminated, and tapers gradually from hilt to tip. The blade widens in in its distal half before curving to the tip.

A nice example of an older Thai daab.
