Not being a contributor, I forked out $100 for the book and PayPal-ed it to the poetic place named Shadow of Leaves ( a distant cousin of the Blades of Grass).
Does anyone here have an idea whether:
1. The book is already available or they are just taking orders?
2. If available, how long will it take to get a copy? As you can see, I am a bit impatient to get my hands on it
