Thanks Stu. I just purchased a paperback copy from Amazon. I would have preferred a hardcover but the difference in price sure makes the paperback appealing! This author has another book, also on Amazon, with an almost identical title, except that it ends with "... All Countries and in All Times, with some closely related subjects". That book can be had for the price of a modest lunch. Does anyone know if this is a second edition, or if it is worth buying if you already have his other book? Thanks again!
