Well this piece I feel is Filipino. This type of wavy blade indicates an Ilocano origin to me. It therefore would not surprise me at all that there would be Spanish influence in it. Not only common but expected.

Also the scabbard being horn and carved in this fashion indicate Luzon Island, where the Ilocanos live.

Obviously someone wealthy owned this due to the quality of workmanship and the silver work involved. I hope whoever got this will post here.
