While my own collection runs more to the "arms" than the "armour," here's one of the latter that must find a new home. 
 
This ox-hide shield is most likely Wandala, and I am presenting it as such, though the bell-shape and embossed linear pattern is shared by a couple other neighboring tribes as well.  It heralds from northern Cameroon.  Measures 72.6 cm in height and 58.6 cm in width across the bottom.
