I agree that handle and scabbard are not original. Hard to tell the age of the blade just by its shape. Seeing the nakago could give hints. At least it looks like a legit pre-meiji nihonto.

German sword late 15th / early 16th century for sale

I sell this one-edged sword from Southern Germany, called "Langes Messer" (literally "Long Knife"). You can find it pictured for example in the Fechtbücher (fencing books) of Hans Talhoffer.
