Classic Sumbawa Swords

Swords from Sumbawa, Indonesia have never created a "collecting rage", but along with far too many other things, I really like them.

Here are two classic examples with similar carved horn hilts but very different blade construction.....one pamor construction, the other pattern welded, more like what one would expect to see on a Moro barong. I found the later to be especially interesting and was a little surprised by it.

I like these too.
Even if it's quite unusual with the pattern welded blade it's seen now and then.
My guesstimate is 1 out of 8 (among the antique ones)?
