Translation help needed
 

Dear Friends!
Knowing that we have some great people here who have helped us many times with translating, I hope I can count on you again.
If someone in able to translate this text, it would be wonderful. I don't know if the text is real, I suppose it was rewrite by someone who didn't know anything about this alphabet.

I can only read the second line. It says "A victory from god and close conquest, and blessings for the faithful". This is a verse from the quran I think. I cannot read the first line. ;)

Is there any reason you can't read the first line? Is it different alphabet or just the letters are not right?

Its just that the letters are very crooked, but I think they're from the same alphabet.
