Great Insurance for your Collection

I have just signed up with

http://www.axa-art.com/about/what.html#Weapons

http://www.axa-art.com/brokers/breadth.html

The premium is six times cheaper than what the rider cost on my Homeowner's Insurance. I filled out a questionaire that asked the type of security systems and have had no losses. That was all they asked. I don't even have to schedule each piece.

I don't know the breakdown on differing values of collections, but the underwriter told me that a million dollar collection could be insured for about a thousand dollars a year. I have nowehere near that amount, but my premium dropped dramatically.

AXA insures many museums including, in Atlanta, The High Museum and the Michael C. Carlos Museum. They also insure the Louvre in Paris.

You will need to go to your regular insurance agent and tell them you want insurance through AXA as they are underwiriters and don't insure directly.
