Oriental Dragon in need of a translation

One of the many things I like to collect are oriental dragons;I have statues, scrolls,trench art, etc..I was recently fortunate enough to acquire this tapestry(approx. 11' x 3 '), and I was wondering if anyone could translate the characters on the back ?
